Hi folks when our Full Circle kids went to Malta last week to represent ISKA Ireland in the European Championships we truly exceeded any expectations we had & came home with 17 medals & 7 European Champions. The Full Circle kids fought with an unbelievable determination that seen them having to fight so many incredibly tough opponents from all over Europe. We couldn’t be more proud of them all. We were lucky to get quite a few photos of the kids over the past week which will be great for them to have when they grow older. We will put up some of their fights over the next fee days & you will see how deep they had to go to get their hands raised. John & myself would like to thank all of the coaches for getting the kids ready & again we would like to thank all off the parents for everything they do for us & who keep bringing their kids down & in trusting us to help them be the martial artists they are.

Day 1 – 10th April @ 18:12
The Full Circle Ireland team were on fire today, we have 3 European Champions with Jayden, Conor & Zoey all winning their points sections along with Caleb & Cadhla winning a silver medal with Caedan & Conor also winning a bronze medal. what a day.
Zoey fought a Ukrainian in the final of the-30kg section & put on an exhibition in how to fight points. Zoey was technically amazing & won convincingly in the end.
Jayden was unreal today she was technically amazing & fought in the section up & still won her section. What a star.
Unfortunately Cadhla hurt her thumb & she will have to withdraw from her favourite light contact section tomorrow. Cadhla was literally leaving one tatami mat & going to fight on another. The fight in her was absolutely incredible & she turned quite a few heads with her shear determination to win. Super proud of her.
Conor Mailey is the leading individual fighter from Ireland & 15th in the tournament so far, with a little more composure he would have been a double European Champion today but he fought absolutely amazing.
Caleb fought up a section today & he was beat by a very good Romanian fighter who narrowly beat Caedan 20-17 in a belter off a semifinal. Well done boys you should be extremely proud of yourselves.
Day 2 will have 5 off our kids fighting in light contact section tomorrow which we will be looking forward to. Super proud coaches & thank you to all our parents who were amazing helping to keep an eye out for the sections & looking after all our fighters.ISKA Ireland @top fans
Day 2 – 11th April @ 16:47
Full Circle had another amazing day fighting in the light contact section.
Caleb McCann was robbed in his light contact final after he beat a tough Ukrainian in the semifinal.
Caedan Copeland had a few fights to get to the final & he kept his composure well to beat a Romanian fighter. What a fight & great performance.
Conor Mailey fought a good Romanian in his light contact quarterfinal fight which he will hopefully overturn tomorrow.
Jayden Neill was fighting a German fighter in the semifinal who ended up falling on top off her in the first round & she was unable to finish the round. Jayden will be fine for tomorrow & will hopefully be pushing for another medal in the kick light.
Zoey Doherty finished her opponent in the first round to become Full Circle & Irelands first double European Champion off the tournament with a clinical display of skill. Well done everyone, tomorrow will be our last day & we will be finishing strong. ISKA Ireland
